Upon contact with our Donoghue Undertakers, we arrange the complete care of the deceased to removal from Hospital, Nursing Home or Residence to the Funeral Home, Church or Cemetery Crematorium. We arrange the preparation, dressing and all the necessary legal paper work involved with State Agencies and Cemetery/Cremation Authorities.
We believe in integrity and openness in helping you to make decisions about every aspect of the funeral being arranged, including its cost and payment. Our aim is to provide a service which encompasses sensitivity and confidentiality in respect of every request and detail providing for the wishes of the deceased and the bereaved.
In some cases the deceased may have left specific instructions about where to be buried and what form the religious or other service should take place. At Donoghue’s Undertakers we make the arrangements for coffin selection, arranging a grave, notification of death notices through the media (newspapers) and local radio stations if desired. You may make the religious service arrangements directly with the church or we may do that for you.
